Chef Enoch Odu didn't open Menu Six Fusion to fit into a category. He opened it to create one. The idea was simple: take the bold spice profiles he grew up with -- suya pepper, smoky chili blends, aromatic rice techniques -- and build dishes that anyone would recognize and crave. Fried rice with real depth. Protein bowls with layers of flavor. Drinks you can't find anywhere else.
Menu Six opened in 2023 in DeSoto, Texas -- a black owned restaurant built from the ground up. No investors. No franchise playbook. Just a chef, a kitchen, and food good enough to earn a 5-star rating from day one. Every bowl is built to order. Every rice dish is cooked fresh. The menu stays tight because everything on it has to be worth coming back for.
